A historic ensemble of buildings with an elegant design boutique hotel, the Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza and our state-of-the-art Classik Business Space, awaits you in a quiet side street between the vibrant Alexanderplatz and the hip Hackescher Markt in Berlin-Mitte. The charm of the lively surroundings of Berlin-Mitte is reflected in our location. Only a few steps away you will find the TV Tower, the Humboldt Forum, Hackescher Markt and the fascinating Museum Island. WHAT IS THE CLASSIK BUSINESS SPACE?
Our Classik Business Space has been open since April 2021. Here, more than 3,500 square meters of office space extend over eight floors, divided into 72 offices and approx. 113.8 m² of event space. From individual co-working areas to spacious offices of up to 200 square meters, we offer a variety of options. Our six air-conditioned meeting rooms allow for individual meetings and presentations. The sizes of the office spaces vary from 9.8 m² to 268.4 m². The event rooms range in size from 14 sqm to 82 sqm.
Over 40 diverse companies are spread throughout the Classik Business Space. In addition to this, 40 company representatives are present who have not rented physical offices at Rosenstrasse 2, but make use of our virtual offices. These virtual offices generally serve as registered representative business addresses and allow users to take advantage of our first-class mail and reception services.

You can expect our high-speed Internet service shortly. We are currently working flat out to optimize our Internet offering so that we can provide you with high-speed connections from October. With impressive speeds ranging from 10 Gbps to over 200 Gbps in the workplace, we are setting a groundbreaking standard for connectivity in Berlin’s office space.
Once these enhancements are active, you’ll be able to upload files in seconds, hold high-quality video conferences, and handle complex cloud tasks without any lag. Our powerful internet connection opens up great opportunities for you to get your high-volume work done efficiently without limitations or interruptions. We are looking forward to offering you this premium internet experience soon and are in the final stages of installation. Starting in October, we will offer the unique service of high speed within our office solutions.
